i really enjoyed the spacious room and the comfortable, large bed. The staff was helpful with directions and also suggestions for local restaurants. Breakfast had a great variety of options each morning which i liked.

They assisted me quickly with all my requests. i really liked the cleanliness in all areas of the hotel.
the minibar was not working upon my arrival. i requested a replacement.

I found the location very convenient. It's close to many attractions restaurants and cafes. The staff offered helpful advice. They allowed us to leave our bags after check-out which gave us a few extra hours to explore the city.
The layout of the superior room was unusual. The washbasin was in the room separated from the toilet. This setup meant anyone using the toilet was in direct view of someone on the bed.

i loved the superb location, it's near the train station and super close to the main art gallery. reaching the city center was also simple! the staff were so friendly and ready to help, that's a huge plus. i enjoyed the cleanliness and modern design of the hotel.
the internet was slow, that was a bit frustrating!

The provided breakfast offered a good variety of options. The room was very clean with comfy beds. The staff was helpful and friendly .
The air conditioning did not function properly . The room became far too hot. The lock on the door to the room also did not function correctly. I asked the receptionist to deal with it, but the issue persisted.
